I can't touch my nose with my tongue, I can't touch my toes without bending my knees.
(3 years of yoga practise and I could, just.)

My mother could bend her thumb back to her wrist, and put her own sun oil all over her back.

She was a bit EDS.

I have always been able to do the "full lotus" yoga position, without having done any practise, so my hips do do something a little unusual.

I think I'm a liitle EDS too.

 I once challenged mother to try the full lotus. She got stuck! :p
Rolled over onto her back, and there was just an enormous expanse of "pantie-girdle" rocking gently on the floor.
I laughed.:p:p:p
I paid for it later.:(
