Hi guys,
Have you ever had this test done? I know genova lab offers this, but can my gp order it as well?appreciate any info.

Yeah, mine was highly elevated. i was so glad i could prove I have an inflammation in my gut without doing a colonoscopy. But i still dont know where it comes from or how to treat it.Sorry, cant tell you who offers this test, but its a simple stool test.

Thanks bedman. A few study suggest taking bifidubactirium lactis( bb 12) for elevated calprotectin.
