C4A Levels and thyroid meds?

Hello,
I am wonder anyone know if C4A levels effect thyroid? last year the lyme/mold dr checked C4a levels and i was at 18000.
this year July got some moldy cabinets out of my apartment and the c4a levels came down to 888 by october. that is a big change. and i do seem to be having now issues of too much t4 esp with the bowls(.which is typical sign for me I am taking too much T4) . i am wondering if c4a levels effect thyroid? haven't increased dose. thanks
