Brilliant ME/CFS videos - a guide to ME/CFS & going to the doctor (very funny but spot on too)

Yes, they're awesome! Translated them into German, because I liked them so much. Also great:

Edited to add: Sent the link to these 3 videos with German subtitles to the German ME charities, because we don't have much material about ME in German. Was disappointed that they didn't share them (yet), maybe because the language isn't "clean"? No idea. Thought it would be something funny, intelligent and different.

A new one:

Another great video from Yulia, but different, because it's serious. Made me sad because she correctly explains how lucky she is that she got specialist treatment after just 7 months. And that her specialist (Susan Levine) said that treatment is most effective early in the illness. Here I am after 15 years with still no treatment and no chance to test LDN or antivirals. But great video to explain our situation to others.

I hope this does not mean she will exclusively date Norwegian women, because I am neither and while Yulia is very obviously marriage material, this might be too much of a disadvantage for me to overcome.

Seriously though, it is amazing that she has gotten to where she is in just over half a year. It took me years to genuinely arrive at the 'if'-stage, to realize how serious this situation is and that it very probably won't be going away any time soon. I really hope that the comparatively early treatment will make a difference for her and that she will get her life back.

It takes me a long time to buffer videos on my s-l-o-w dial-up connections, so that I can watch them. I just made it to the bearataur (in Positive Thinking). Hilarious.
Haha, took me some time to come up with a translation (subtitles) for the bearataur - learnt from Urban dictionary that he only lives in middle Colorado (and sucks at basketball?) and there's no German word for him yet. :)
