I have been noting the effects of taking this electrolyte powder. I take much more than suggested and it seems to be helping quite a bit. I’m confused why I can’t take some supplements everyday and some things like this powder I can’t get enough. Also I got back on my stationary bike yesterday, just 10 minutes. A couple of years ago i tried to do the graduated exercise plan. It was part of a pretty bad crash so I’m little phobic about getting back on the horse. I set it for almost no tension and that mattered,an aerobic workout, rather than building muscle. No pain today and feeling much better, yeah. Every little bit helps.
