best form of same?

Hi guys,

after a shocking experience with my dog who now takes same and it has pretty much saved her life!!!
I am a believer.

I am currently taking this http://www.holisticheal.com/same.html brand, but I am wondering if it's the best one?

the vet had very specific instructions on how to take it, away from food liquid etc, but I was never told any of this (and yes.. i realize i am not a canine), but chemistry is chemistry right?

anyone have any thoughts?

those of you taking sam e, what dose/ brand do YOU take?

My general experience has been that I got better health care for my animals that for myself. I would go with what the vet says.
