    I disagree with regard to coffee. Coffee contains multiple anti-viral compounds including caffeine which has been shown to inhibit retroviral replication. Caffeine is generally anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective. Coffee consumption has been shown to reduce the risk of stroke, diabetes, parkinson's disease, alzheimer's disease, and more.

    If it disrupts your sleep, that would be reason to avoid it, but if you can tolerate it, I think most would benefit from it.
