I have had a left upper back discomfort for 3 months that radiates into my shoulder and shoulder blade and front of my left rib area. I have had all my bloods done and all ok. Does this sound muscular skeletal or muscular? It hurts if i lay on my back on the floor on my left and if i twist my torso left and right and if i stretch forward etc.
