Looking Ahead to Change: Little by Little
I don't make New Year's Resolutions. I don't think I ever really did, but the last decade or two would have been enough to stifle that impulse. I've just been too aware that I don't have that much control over what happens in my life.

Freddd, and others, have often observed that larger doses of b1,b2 and b3 can over drive the need for methylfolate and potassium.

Has anyone observed interactions of b5 with methylfolate and potassium? Or more generally what sort of symptoms they have found b5 to elivate, if any?

    Anyone with observations on B5?
