How can you tell if your reaction to gcmaf is autoimmune attack or just inflammation ?

You'd have to provide a lot more detail of your situation to get any helpful answers although I support only biomedical evidence could truly tell you. Fundamentally an autoimmune attack requires the presence of specific autoantibodies to be confirmed, this can also occur in the presence or absence of inflammation and similarly inflammation does not necessarily have to be associated with autoimmunity.
