Athletic overtraining,blood in urine

    I have microscopic blood in urine that comes and goes and the explanation I got was its due to athletic overtraining,which is odd as I'm mostly bed and housebound.
    This suggests at rest I'm in a state of athletic overtraining,I wonder if the lactate test maybe interesting too.

    Have you had bladder cancer ruled out? If not, you should.

    I've had this for at least 25 years even just pre illness so I don't think it will be cancer.

    I thought this was a relatively new symptom for you. No, you'd be dead by now if it was cancer.
