Assistance with Genetic Genie results

I just got my 23andme results and put them through Genetic Genie, I've attached two images of both profiles.

I don't expect anyone to go through all of this, but if you see anything that stands out I'd love to know. Right now I'm the process of studying myself (a lot of reading this forum), but I have a ways to go... this stuff gets complicated for me.

Is there anyway to get these analysed without having to learn all about each and every single one? There're so many contradictory opinions I'm pretty lost.
