I've been looking for a list of all foods and supplements that support the Th1 side of the immune system. I also wanted to know which foods and supplements to avoid because they stimulate Th2. This article provides a fairly exhaustive list of both - all in one place. Granted, I've never heard of the doctor who wrote it, but his article seems fairly well supported.

[Note, a quick search shows this article has been posted before by Heaps, but it was in the context of a different discussion. I'm reposting to make it searchable under Th1, Th2 and immune imbalance.]
