It really details how careful anyone with a gluten intolerance needs to be. Thankfully I live alone so I don't have to worry about this. I know my CFS brain couldn't keep this straight. I don't allow NGF foods in my house and ask visitors to google gluten free treats to bring in with them and I provide gf meals. Most are suprised at how many foods are gf. I typically bringing all my own food if I'm eating at a NGF home. tc ... x
