    Agreed!

    We have to be careful about making it 'wrong' not to accept things (and then beating ourselves up because we haven't been able to accept them) or if 'accepting' doesn't seem to make a difference.

    Just try it out and if it works - then great.... and always remember to have a huge amount of compassion for ourselves....... :)
