@rosie26 my mother used to mix it with her smoothie too. She added wheat germ and all sorts of stuff.
It is interesting hearing what they did years ago. I can remember seeing it all frothed up on the bench. Mum used to make it up at night and drink it in the morning.

And just to add something -not only that in dreams I am healthy physically but also I am very able intellectually, while dreaming I reason and make judgments that, I am so shocked on how well I judge that I wake up immediately then, I analyze the reasoning I made while dreaming, and I am really amazed on how well I was reasoning. It is absolutely unbelievable, but my feeling is that some components work better while dreaming than awake. Does anyone else experienced this?

I've been sick for 22 years and I can't recall dreams regarding me being ill. That's strange come to think of it. I've always had lots of stress dreams and bad dreams but no, can't say being sick is ever in the mix that I can recall. I do have the rare really lovely bit of a dream they tend to involve having a home and people to love. Alot of my dreams are just interesting meandering.
