I don't make New Year's Resolutions. I don't think I ever really did, but the last decade or two would have been enough to stifle that impulse. I've just been too aware that I don't have that much control over what happens in my life.

    It would be interesting to know how much of each mineral (potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium etc) is contained in the particular coconut water you buy. This article suggests it may be just as beneficial to eat a banana (lots of potassium) with a glass of water: http://articles.latimes.com/2011/mar/06/health/la-he-coconut-water-20110306

    http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/1846/2 shows how much of each mineral is generally in bananas.
