anyone tried hgh or goji?

I am intrigued to read that goji is meat to help the body levels of human growth hormone.

I am considering a trial of goji to see if it helps my symptoms- mainly head pain and body itch- no idea why my body itches- have had that for the last 2 years and fibromyalgia for 10 years.

I trialled human growth hormones at one point but cud only tolerate a sall amout and so I gave up- it made my headaches worse- anyone got any ideas/ experience on hgh f goji that they might share :)
