I was wondering if anyone has taken the garlic supplement, allicinmax, for a while and noticed benefits?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hi annie

Quite a few people on the Foggy Friends forum have been trying this - some with good results. (Perhaps you're on this board though as I see you're from the UK.)

I had a Genova test that tested the effectiveness of garlic extract for me and, much to my surprise, it tested as useless for me even though I had taken it over the years--though I hadn't noticed a benefit I've got to say.

I think this is another thing that is individual.
