Anyone doing shared housing over 50?
I'd like to find shared housing with people who understand the nature of CFS.
In seven years of searches I haven't found anyone doing it ,; except stories of women who've been friends for 30-40 years , in perfect health.
The others advertise for a caregiver for a parent, or a live in maid, under the guise of " roommate".
Neither is doable with CFS.
Living with others who are challenged by fatigue would eliminate the misunderstanding and judgement we so often get from " normal" women.
Costs of transport or help around the house, errands, etc could be shared.
A better climate and access to better Drs might be financially possible.
( Think " Palm Springs vs Detroit"...)
Any links, ideas, interest would be great.
