I did several years ago for assistance with my CPP and long term disability. I was denied a couple of times before seeing her but once I submitted her reports decisions by both groups were overturned. She is excellent for that.

However, for treatment, I don't find her to be that great. Her strength, at least at that time was assisting people with disability insurance.

She is very caring, she truly cares about the patient.

I did hear though that she is practising in BC now.

Thank you, globalpilot, for sharing. Very informative. You are right; Dr Bested now runs the Complex Chronic Disease Clinic in Vancouver. Now reading her book, ' Hope and Help for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.'

I was a patient of Dr Bested for twenty years.....she was one of the most helpful doctors I have ever seen.
She gave me hope and some of my life back. She meets each patient on their level. She is sorely missed in Ontario
She is a true doctor. I too am interested in why you ask?
