Good article here by Dr Ben Lynch on A1298C ( although he dosen't agree with the majority view that it reduces BH4 recycling)

@liverock Thanks, I am familiar with that article of Ben Lynch. I don't have access to sauna, right now, but plan to buy one to put in the bathroom sometime in the future. I have been dealing with low BP due to low thyroid, so I guess I wouldn't benefit from sauna right now. But I am one of those persons that never sweat.
