Debbie- Don't know about anyone else-but my CFIDS Specialist gives me Mag-Gluconate injectable and cream for anxiety and sleep. It works well for me.. You can get the cream at Ourkids.com Magneisum/Gluconate cream. You rub on inner arm and on back & shoulders. Make sure you get the Ourkids and not the Kirkman lab cream as it has a preservative in it that bothered me. I can't take hardly any meds so this is something you can try until you see someone. The Mag/Gluconate
injection Sub-Q)you will need a script for from a Dr.Be careful of the Oral Magnesium vitamins. If you can take Valium-you can take 1/2 mg tab to 1 tab with this.I do not know of any Drs in that area. There are some in Dallas.

Hope this helps some.

Thanks SD. I wonder if the sulfate is ok with CBS methylation snp? Also, since I'm new to the site can you give me an idea if there is somewhere to post to get suggestions to post organic acids test and methylation results. My doc here had me take the tests, but not seem to know how to interpret. I have been researching a lot of post by Rich VK and Freddd, but would like more help if possible.

Thanks

Debbie- Surely your Dr. knows how to interpret tests. He should go over with you if you have results. I would contact lab or someone that is very knowledgeble- Cort on this site or Sushi are very good..

SD-surely you would think my Dr. would give me some suggestions, but he apparently just started doing them and he said when he called Metametrix about his sons test, he got three different answers. As I was leaving that day he said you and I just have lousy genes. Anyhow, I need to move on from my disappointment. Do I just email one of the ppl you suggested?
Thanks again

Debbie- I would go to Cort who is the moderator of the site and ask for a Private Conversation. I have found that too many cooks in the kitchen just confuse things. He is very knowledgeble on who to consult. Just contacting Dr offices -not knowing who they are is useless. Sharp in Dallas (I believe) is good. There is a list of Drs on site , however I like to speak with someone that has been to them.

Wish I could be more help. Just depends on how far you want to travel.

I heard a while back that Dr. Sharp closed his practice--don't know if it is still closed, whether he has moved or ? Others may know more.

Sushi
Sushi- How sad if Dr. Sharp closed his practice. I have never been to him, but know people that went a few years ago.
I think he had family members that had CFIDS.?
