Any B-complex recommendations?

    I need to order some more B-complex tablets/capsules in the next week or so. The ones I'm currently using contain both folic acid and cyanocobalamin, making them less than ideal, so I thought I'd give a different brand a try.

    Are there any particular brands that members of this board recommend?

    I use Thorne Basic B Complex. It has:
    Thiamine HCl 110 mg
    B2 R5P 10 mg
    B3 mostly niaciniamide (130 mg) and a little niacin (10 mg)
    B6 P5P 10 mg
    B9 L-5-MTHF 400 mcg
    B12 as MB12 400 mcg
    Biotin 400 mcg
    Pantothenic Acid 110 mg
    Choline citrate 80 mg
    (hopefully no typos)

    Thanks very much for the suggestions, and for pointing me towards the earlier thread dealing with this question. That's exactly what I was looking for when I spent an hour searching the forum (in vain) yesterday...
