The Real ME: A Stock Photography Resource for the Media
We’ve all seen them in the news stories about ME/CFS: the guy in a suit at the office, yawning; the beautiful woman sitting at her desk with her immaculate make-up and elegantly coiffed hair, hand to her head and looking slightly pained.

I have been on this diet in a very radical way for the last week. After arsenic (and Mercury and Aluminum) poisoning, I started to get trouble with hands and skin crinkling and fibroids and cysts. This diet may be able to to help with the angiogensis that may be happening as a result of the metals:

    I think it is helping.

    I have been using:

    1. Essiac Tea, exactly as the label says. I used too much in the past. More is not better.

2 IP6 w/ Inositol, Whole Foods brand. I try for two tabs twice a day, but reacting, so do 1 tab twice a day.

They both require them on empty stomach, so this means I have to take some in the middle on the night.

    3. STRICT adherence to the Anti-angiogenesis diet:

Wondering if anyone has done this?
