anesthesia for tachycardia, palpitation

is someone with tachycardia, palpitation also concern about getting a local anesthesia? because it can trigger/make it worse.
i feel scared about it and thats not good cause its blocking me from procedure that requires it.

When I have a local anesthesia for dental work, I request that the doc use little or no epinephrine. It wears off more quickly, but can always be refreshed if needed.

Don't know about locals in tissue.
