Amoxycilline interactions ?

I have to take together an association of a specific tetracyclin called Tetralysal (lymecycline) together with Amoxycilline - for Lyme.

My doc is difficult to join, so maybe someone has an insight on the problem. Is it safe to take both?

The leaflet of my local Amoxyxillin (called Moxyvit) tells :

MOXYVIT (amoxycillin as tryhidrate) – DRUG INTERACTIONS :

If you are taking another drug concomitantly or if you have just finished treatment with another medicine, inform the attending doctor, in order to prevent hazards or lack of efficacy arising from drug interactions, especially antibiotics from the following groups : TETRACYCLINES and amynoglycosides, Chloramphenicol, Erytromycin, Sulfonamides or Probenecid (for gout) , Allopurinol, oral anticoagulants, contraceptve pills, Typhoid vaccine, Venlafaxine, methotrexate

I don't know if I can safely take the both together, as the leaflet of the Amoxycilline puts all the tetracyclines in the same basket, without distinction (and perhaps there is no problem with this specific tetracyclin). Moreover, the leaflet of the TETRALYSAL, doesn't precise any interaction with amoxycilline.

Any insight or personnal experience?

Is it maybe worth a phone call to your doctor to point out what the leaflet says. I know many docs do prescribe more than one a/biotic at the same time.
If you want a list of recommended doses of a/biotics, pharma and herbal for Lyme, I have a copy somewhere if you PM me.

I sent an e-mail to my doc, but I doubt he will answer... August is an holidays month after all.
