Alzheimer drugs?

I'm looking into Aricept and other Alzheimer drugs. I've found that both ALCAR and Citikolin helps me a lot but I have problems tolerating them. They are both supposed to increase acetylcholine and since Aricept is a acetylcholinesterase inhibitor that might have about the same effect? Saw that some ME/CFS patients respond to Aricept. Any experiences here?

No? I saw something about acetylcholine from the Phoenix Rising Twitter account reporting from the Invest in ME conference.
