@danceintherain I started methylation work via a physician-ordered genetic testing, then and Deplin 15 -- 15mg L-methylfolate -- and nothing else. More details in this post:

Have to be careful, because high dose Methylfolate can have bad side-effects for genetic overmethlators with COMT +/+
