Ever since I took the holy basil herb, any time I feel my body's immune system responding to something, it seems to be a muted reaction, and is accompanied by feelings of allergy (itchy mucous membranes and skin).
Prior to the holy basil (which was a year ago), this wasn't a problem.
Does anyone have any ideas on what's going on, and what to do about it? I just restarted Valtrex, and while before the holy basil, it produced a healthy immune response and a decrease in CFS symptoms, it is now a muted immune response with concurrent allergy symptoms.
It is a key to what's holding me back. Any ideas are welcome.
