ALA vs R-ALA for Cutler Protocol

    Hi @caledonia,

    You mentioned preferring taking ALA over R-ALA for Cutler's protocol. Any reason why?

    They did a poll on one of Cutler's forums and a lot of people were having issues with R-ALA.

    The issues aside, would you deem it more effective as many others have?

    Never tried R-ALA, & can't recall the reasoning - but Cutler is fairly adamant that ALA is the one to use.
