Has anyone had food poisoning and even after antibiotics and the initial diarrhea has stopped still having complications?

I had several weeks of pretty nasty gut pain after a likely Yersinia infection (have since tested positive for a past infection). The pain was worse when drinking water, and only subsided briefly when I'd recently eaten.
