@Pink ...I rest and rest. There is nothing else that helps. Sometimes if I am in a crash it can take 4-5 days before I can be mobile off and on during the day. Sometimes I can’t even get up to eat.

I take Klonopin if I need to in the afternoons which is when I feel the worse. Sometimes the more I rest the more wired I start to feel inside.

I have guided imagery and meditation on my phone which I listen to and it will help while listening but when it stops my body goes right back into that awful feeling.

I am going to ask my doctor about a beta blocker just to hear her opinion but since my BP runs low normal I don’t think she will give me one.
I really feel the annoying heart beat awareness is from some type of POTS?

I wish I could help you more but it is one of my worse problems...
