Anyone experience with the ADMA-card test? Mine is a little bit high, probably due to oxidative stress.

ADMA 0.73 [µmol/l] (< 0,7 µmol/l)
L-Arginin 130.8 [µmol/l] (60 – 120 µmol/l)
Arginin/ADMA 179 (>160)

Did you acquire any more knowledge on your test results ? I just ordered the test kit myself. Curious about it.

Actually I kind of forgot about my ADMA test... but I did found my old notes on possible natural treatment for high ADMA (maybe it could be helpful if your ADMA test result came back is to high):
