    I tried registering to leave some comments but it appears you have to be a paying AAFP member to comment on their articles.

    Even worse, the article links to another AAFP page with recommendations on CFS. It lists Oxford and Fukuda as diagnostic criteria, and lists CBT/GET as treatments with an "A" evidence rating. :bang-head:
