Moab (a spectacularly beautiful desert town in eastern Utah) has long been one of my favorite feel-good locations, and many other individuals with chronic neuroimmune disease (including ME/CFS, chronic Lyme, fibromyalgia and toxic mold illness) have agreed that they felt great there.
This past summer, a severely ill individual had a very successful initial mold avoidance sabbatical staying in a camping cabin at the KOA in Moab (a much easier choice than tent camping!).
So I decided to put together a travel guide to the town, so that others who are considering doing their own avoidance sabbatical in Moab can better imagine what the area is like.
It's a great place!
