I just wish they had shared the strategy they used. I know everyone is different but hearing about successful strategies allows me to evaluate if there is something else I can try to get better.

Well I can't speak for them but I am doing phenomenal myself just from keeping a good diet (Gluten/Grain Free, no refined sugars, No Cow Dairy but use Goat, and everything else is paleo), methylation support using Fred's protocol, and the Buhner protocol for Lyme. I can actually feel myself going into full remission in the coming months and putting all this lyme crap behind me.
