http://pochoams.blogspot.com/2007/12/immunology-and-treatment-of-cfs-under.html Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I have been taking 2LEBV and it seems to work. Also, this person had low taurine levels which I suspect more and more an essential supplement in treating CFS. I started with Taurine in drinks and then started supplementing with Taurine pills as well.
I tried to find where to buy this the other day without much success...do you mind sharing your source? Also how did you decide between the two different formulations -2lxfs and 2lebv? Thanks!
Here is one: http://www.feelgoodnatural.com/health-food/2LEBV-30-Capsules---By-Labo039Life-------LaboLife/LABOEBV/ I didn't make a decision just typed 2LEBV into google and ordered it
Yeah, they delivered even earlier than promised since it says to expect delays (I think it comes from Italy or somewhere else in Europe). But then again, I really never had a bad experience ordering stuff. If it eventually arrives that's good enough for me Once you get them, appparently the preferred usage is to take in between meals or close after a meal (15-30 minutes) and to remove the pill caps and just sprinkle the little white mini-capsules inside onto or under your tongue and let them dissolve. Once a day. cheers
I take crave arrest, it hast 50mg of Taurine per 'serving". I take the equivalent of 3 servings/day. FYI It also has B vitamins, Tyrosine and 5-HTP and Rhodiola rosea. GG http://www.rockwellnutrition.com/CraveArrest-caps-by-Designs-For-Health-DFH_p_872.html
