    Interesting to see this list. I'm a bit underwhelmed by it, but it does point in some quality directions for follow-up. The desperate need is to focus on a few key areas and get research replicated with larger sample sizes with consistent diagnostic research cohort criteria.

    I'm personally most interested in follow-up studies focussing on cerebral spinal fluid post-exercise (Baraniuk & Shivapurkar).

    ETA: It would also be great to see some focus on cardiovascular issues.
