This is a contest opportunity for Australian charities - The Australian Google Impact Challenge - Using technology to solve pressing problems. $6 million dollars is being given away. There are four $750,000 prizes and six $250,000 prizes. Entry deadline is July 13, 2016. This would be perfect! A robot that can break the isolation for people who are housebound due to illness. The ongoing project in Norway is about helping kids with ME. They have a robot at school through which the kid and the classmates and the teachers can communicate. Seems to work great!
