I have finally started working on my poor gut. EO peppermint was amazing at making it feel better but not really helping it to heal, kind of a gut pain pill I guess. I bought a chewable colostrum and have used it two days so even if it does happen to quit working at least I know what they are describing as "well formed"......also tummy is much better. Problems with constipation seem to have vanished so far. I know I have oxalate problems also so will cut down on them some more. One thing I'll change is start taking it (the colostrum) at night (?). Next thing on list is L-Arginine but I forgot if that's supposed to help the gut? Maybe just the mitochondria...got up too early this morning.
