    Thank you for your response. I thought the suggested dose of MK-4 was 45 mg. per day divided into three doses. Am I incorrect?

    Hello. I am new to this forum and I have a question. If one must not take MK-4 with vitamins C & E, how long must you wait before taking these supplements? I normally take them 3 times a day after each meal. If I take MK-4 just before or with my meal, when would I take the C&E supplements?
