Hi, ebeth - vasopressin is implicated in memory formation and concentrates the urine at the level of the kidney. If you are getting your vasopressin measured clinically it usually means you are in the ICU and at immediate risk of death. A "sodium" measurement or "osmolality" is something that is similarly useful - and at a lower cost.

In India, 1000 mg of RTX is about $600 USD. I could have it in my hands tomorrow. I get pretty hefty side effects from 1/2 an Advil, so I'm pretty sure RTX will really blow my hair out.
