That's the way it works for me. I've voted every day since this thread started, at different times of day, without having to count the hours since my last vote. I assumed it just got reset at midnight.

I visit it once or twice a day and hope for the best! If you miss just one day and thereafter decide a time to visit it at exactly the same time each day, then it should be reset each time you visit, in theory.
