This is the second course I've done through coursera.org.

The content is applicable to advocacy work and addresses 4 general persuasion challenges:

- thought to be a bad idea
- influence of social considerations (what others think)
- overcoming perceived inability to perform the desired behaviour
- converting intentions into behaviours

The prof gives tools and strategies to overcome these challenges in their relevant contexts.

Simple and concise deliver, practical info, prof talking directly to camera, and no reading necessary makes it 2 thumbs up from me.
