Looks like there is two other related groups in the top ten. Fibromyalgia Support Group of Winnipeg, and the MEFM Society of BC.

If the top ten all get the same prize each, then it doesn't matter where a winner is in the top ten, as long as they are in it. Therefore, at least some of us can switch from voting for the National ME/FM Action Network to voting for the two other organisations to keep them in the top ten as well.
