I always feel kind of swollen.... I think that my pain levels go up when it's damp because I literally absorb the weather! In a high elevation w clean, dry air... I feel like everything works better... That swollen, sluggish feeling goes away.

Grape Seed Extract seems to help; I just started with it.. what else helps edema - either medically, or herbally?

thanks.

ps I've always felt like weak adrenals were at the root of my problems (but, seriously, who knows)... So, the edema fits into this theory since (I believe) the kidneys have a lot to do w fluid balance...

hi,
my top 3 sups for ridding edema and fluid retention around my feet and ankles are:
  • Butcher's Broom
  • P5P (active vitamin B6)
  • Magnesium
these work very well, better than anything else I've tried. :)
