Looking for a dysautonomia doctor in CA who is well versed in the intersection of dysautonomia and CFS. Seeking thorough testing, skilled analysis of test data, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment recommendations which do not include PEM inducing aerobic exercise.

Yes, a very tall order! There may not be such a doc. There are some good ME/CFS/SEID docs in CA and there may be one or two dysautonomia docs, but probably not a combo. A dysautonomia doc would probably want you to do a Tilt Table Test which, while not aerobic, can be a huge physical stressor that often causes PEM.

I see Dr. Kaufman at the Open Medicine Institute in the Silicon Valley, CA. He's an expert in CFS/ME and has treated my dysautonomia extremely well. There are no PEM-inducing exercise tests.

He's taken me from bed-bound and wheelchair-bound to being able to go out a few times a week and never needing a wheelchair.
