I took 10 mgs Ambien for the first time last time and it's probably the best night of sleep I've had in ages.

About 10 hours after I initially took it I started to feel jittery. It's a physical sensation vs. making my brain awake.

Has anyone else had this happen? I'm curious to see how long this lasts.

And I only plan on using this every other day at the most. Just part of my sleep med rotation.

thats good getting sleep, how long did u sleep for? 10hrs??
Maybe the jittery feeling is your brain switching on properly after getting some sleep, still adjusting maybe??

I slept 6 hours. That was not my brain. I was speeding until about 5 pm. I get that when I have a bad reaction to something, usually the inert ingredients or some dye.
