Does anyone know how long methylation start-up lasts? I'm having to add more potassium which I expected from everything I've read. I'm wondering how long it will take for symptoms to settle down.

I'm pretty new to that business but think it's very individual.

I went too fast and have cut back on the methyldonors, now I feel better.
Better take it slow, that may be faster in the end then going fast.

reminds me of the rabbit and the turtle, Me, I try to be a turtle.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm moving pretty slowly. I've been taking lithium orotate for several months and it appears my levels must have finally risen after all this time. It is allowing the B12 into my cells. The B12 makes me feel better but don't like having to add potassium throughout the day. I've read it can take 3-4 months for symptoms to cease. That seems like an eternity but don't have a choice. I prefer to be the turtle as well. I can wait.
